This is why I primarily deal with Omega.

You can walk right into an Omega boutique and walk out with a watch, no hassle.

With Rolex, it’s a different story.

What they have in-house is mostly just for display, and you have to jump through hoops to actually get your hands on a timepiece.

If I'm dropping thousands, I want the fewest possible problems.

Rolex is a quality time piece... don’t get me wrong, but at the end of the day, they’re a massive marketing machine, and I value convenience and a lack of pretentiousness more.

My first omega was a speedmaster, they’re pretty good, but that was before i got my first gold watch (116509) that opened a lot of doors for me at my ad, since then I’ve bought 5 more
