It sucks that we wont see a felipe pena x gordon Ryan rematch in the next adcc. Would like to see how he stacks up these days.

Why isnt Magalhaes getting any love in these? I don't see Gordon beating him in any format.

I'd like to see that match up too, but vinny can be hit or miss in a tournament, so maybe we'd see it in adcc, maybe not.

I'm not a fan of acbjj's 10 point must judging, so if it were to happen, like to see it in adcc.

I know some dispute whether he is #1 in the world, or #1 all time, but everyone knows he one of the top right?

I was a hater for a while but there is no denying he is the best. Cyborg could've faced him twice but was scared; then when he got his chance he shuab'ed him

He has a silver and gold from the adcc so he is obviously a top level no gi jiu jitsu guy.

I don't think as many people saw that match. Also Vinny has a reputation as running hot and cold. If he's on he's almost unbeatable but when he's off he's very off. I think that makes some people less likely to bet on him as a sure thing.

He is the only person I've seen pass Gordon's guard since Felipe Pena at the Studio 540 sub-only match. The Gordon/Vinny match was a sound victory for Vinny but it wasn't a blow out. Gordon got cleanly passed and held cross-side for one minute. Gordon also stupidly sat down when Vinny had a single to concede takedown points.

I think it would be a close match if it happened again and I think whoever plays guard in that match will end up losing. I think whichever guy is on top would probably pass the other.

Tonon and Gordon have both had deep inside heel hooks from 4-11 on Vinny and not gotten anything close to a tap so I think staying away from heel hooks on him is the wise choice. And Vinny may say that leg locks don't work but on a podcast someone asked him to compare Lister's heel hooks to Tonon's and Vinny said Tonon's were actually very tight.

I'm not sure you can doubt someone's legit after they win ADCC. Even people I can't stand like AJ I will freely admit are good based on ADCC performance.

I think Gordon vs Vinny will be an awesome rematch. It seems Gordon has gotten much better from that time on. Vinny is not a full time grappler anymore I think.

Roger vs Gordon will be epic...
