Putting one of his allies in a position of power and influence. If you remember UFC 309, Dana had a whole promo reel for Trump. They definitely exchange favors and Trump would definitely be happy to have Dana influencing the biggest social media company on his behalf

What a dumb comment. Electing Dana White to the board is the most extreme opposite of DEI imaginable.

Dana has tons of relevant knowledge in the subject matter applicable to being a board member which is an understanding of good business policies and execution. Board members work for the shareholders to ensure the executives actually running the company are making decisions in the best interest of the shareholders.

It is a very long overdue, but welcomed statement from Zuckerberg finally growing a pair and showing the world what he stands for.
 
Thank God Meta now has one of the worlds brightest minds on board. Who else would've predicted that Slap fighting would've been bigger than Soccer? No one, that's who.

All they need now is Schaub, he's one of the "smartest tools in the shed" (actual quote, lol).

Yeah man, Dana can lean on his decades of experience in tech in his new position. Yup, I'm sure that his knowledge on that subject beat out every other candidate's.

your guess is incorrect. I feel like if Trump was trying to influence meta by putting his guy in there he would have chosen someone who knows what they are doing
