News Goof joins the board of directors at Meta

Love him or hate him this will be good for free speach.
Their idea of free speech is "it's only free speech if I agree with it."
Look at X/Twitter.
Making fun of and talking bad about black people? Totally fine.
Making fun of Elon's immigrant engineer friends? Not ok. Will get you unmonetized and banned.

Look the media and tech giants are realising that left leaning, liberal ideologies are falling out with the masses so there jumping sides. What a surprise.

Dana is the most unprofessional president of a company I know of, how is he going to fit in on a board of directors?

I'm not a DW apologist notr trying to idolize the the poor kid who ended up swimming in a pool or money and having a driveway full of money

AI judging probably
People like to say this, but I don't see it happening. How, exactly, is it supposed to work in a way that is actually accepted by fighters, fans, commissions, and promoters? I've never seen anything even vaguely resembling a specific proposal on how it might work.

What are the types of inputs for the judging algorithm? What are the data fields for the inputs? Is a machine learning algorithm used? If so, 100+ questions follow; if not, 100+ other questions follow. Is one algorithm used or multiple algorithms (each being an individual judge)? Are the algorithms open source or proprietary? If they're proprietary are they owned by the promoters, commissions, or third parties? How do appeals work? Who determines the AI judging criteria? Are human sanity checks employed, and, if you're employing them in real time, what have you really gained since you're still using judges? Will fighters be able to understand the AI scoring criteria and fight accordingly?

I could go on for thousands of lines. These are just a very small percentage of the kinds of questions that need to be answered before AI judging can even be non-seriously contemplated, and the questions only get harder at the more detailed level.
