If you think why we saw last night was the pinnacle of HW MMA, you’re the joke.

Both men mop the floor with any man who ever fought in Pride.

Dc loojed horrible as did stipe. If you think dc could just walk in like he did vs Stipe , eating fedors punches then you know nothing. Dc looked sloppy as hell. He was eating punches left and right to get little pitter patter shots in. That doesnt work against guys with more speed and power than he possseses. Anyone who thinks that fight was a striking clinic is just nuts.

And Cain would have mauled Fedor. JDS knocks out Fedor.. Fedor refused to sign with the UFC when Dana was trying to set up the Brock fight.

Cain's iron chin and KO power would have been too much for Fedor.

And Fedor should have gaven up his co-ownership of M1, sign with the UFC and be treated like royalty by Dana. He'd be rich by now. Instead fought in the terrible Pride, Affliction and SF HW divisions, missing an epic fight with Brock and Randy.

Tonight DC and Stipe put on a striking clinc and proved how much the HW division has come along since 2005 when Fedor and Crocop fought for the title.

Nowadays you don't defend leg kicks, you just take them like a man. If you can't, then you don't deserve to be called a fighter. Fedor countering a leg kick:

Defending liver shots proved how underdeveloped fighters were back then. DC ate about 10 liver shots tonight proving his toughness, while that Fedor was so scared he blocked them:

Fedor can't pick-up up his opponent like DC, so he just pushes him:
