How do you feel about the way you've structured your programming lately, with the supersets, etc? Is it accomplishing a specific goal for you? Or, is it more of a time-efficiency thing?

Just a way to work more volume in less time and keep my heart rate up.

This log has the third most views in the Training Logs section. The higher two are the logs by the name of "St. Carnal's Pub"...whatever that is.

It was sort of the Pub before there was a Pub.

Yeah, I miss that guy. We have an English Goldendoodle now and he's just so dopey. I much preferred my toller, but I'm sure a lot of it is because I got him when I was single and he was my kid before I had kids.
