I think the 'finished 8 of his last 9" is a common statement people were making before the JDM fight, so it does need to be updated since this last decision, making him 8 out of last 10. Which is why ...

The contenders at the top are primarily strikers, Makhachev is not an idiot, he’s going to take these guys down either decision or submission. Only fighters that I can see giving him problems is Brady & Usman. Makhachev and Usman are not same when the fight hits the ground, Makhachev advances, Usman holds positions.
