"I think [Khamzat's] very tough, I think he's very good, but let's be honest here, he's never seen on one of my caliber, grappling wise, jiu-jitsu, striking, speed, in a lot of actual experience. I've been there many times in the UFC title fights and main events. I think I have a lot of experience but I see that guy very, very tough and dangerous. I'll take him seriously"

"I think my arm's raising. I don't know how, maybe by a submission, maybe a knockout but I don't see a decision. I see a knockout or a submission. Second round or third round finish."

Thoughts about this? Is it likely that Burns gets the finish thanks to all his experience?

It’s entirety possible

I could see Burns making it to round 2 but I imagine he's getting TKO'ed before the end of the 2nd.

This is one of the most exciting fights of the year, Burns is a horrible matchup for Khamzat, if Khamzat runs through him, his hype will be the biggest we've seen since Conor
Burns bjj will only be effective on top imo….I don’t think Burns will be on top in this fight …..Chimaev by second round TKo after the the grappling exhaust Burns

It’s the proper mindset. But if Borz fans are right, this ends even before that.

Usman broke Burns.. Let's see where his heart will be against Khamzat
Meh, he already got a comeback win after losing to Usman.

Burns is the toughest stylistic matchup for an aggressive fighter like Khamzat. He has finishing power in the stand up and on the ground.

Very low probability that this fight goes to the scorecards

I tend to agree offensively speaking, but I think it'll be hard for Khamzat to totally dominate Burns in the grappling as he has with past opponents, good chance we'll see more striking from Khamzat than we've seen in the past.

I just feel that GIlbert Burns being top 5 shows how weak WW is right now.... He beat the ghosts of Woodley, Maia, and Wonderboy... I know he hit Usman a couple times but really... idk I don't see him as elite in the slightest.

It must just be me... people keep discussing him as a great fighter...

I feel like other than Usman and Covington this is the worst WW has ever been since like the beginning of GSP... All the great fighters are old... and there is almost nobody worth writing about... Besides Khazmat and Lyon of course but that is recent.

I don't see an era where Muhammad, Luque, and Burns are top 5... fringe top 10 at best..
