Gif: Johnny Walker Brutal Finish

How is it any different then to a H Bomb?

The power generated ...

Thought this would obvious but you seem dumb..

A soccer punt would have a significantly higher impact force then a punch..especially to an opponent lower then you as you can get a huge wined up and follow through on which is essential for power

So would a jumping stomp as you can come down with your entire body weight..

I was grappling some kid in a street fight once and his friend kicked me on the side of the head like 3 times. I was never rocked or hurt

Well i guess that makes it safe for professional fighters then ey?

Because some punk kicked u three times is totally the same as a profighter doing it lol

doesnt matter that the kick didnt landed , he should be punished for this

So, one guy in Russia dies in a fight that I’m sure had lots of health and safety checks for the fighters and now soccer kicks and stomps are unsafe, despite occuring in Vale Tudo and Pride for years? Ban weight cutting and punches. There have been more deaths from those than anything else in combat sports.

For one thing..that russian guy has a name and a family show some respect as hes dead and cant provide for those he cares for because of a rule that should of been inforced

Secondly what if that was , bisping, weidman, aldo, etc who got kicked and never recovered...was the rule change worth it now..?

Third..what purpose is there for the rule change i dont get it.. I could see knees to the head on the ground as some fighters essentially cheat by staying low...and in the sprawl position it can be an effective defense..but stomps and headkicks..just changes the intent of the fight IMO..ANYONE lining up a full power kick or stomp to somones dome whos on the floor is essentially playing with the chance of killing their opponent..and its possible for just one kick or stomp to kill or severely injure

Looked like a Johnny Cage combination. Nice & flashy. Walker has some serious height & reach. His standup looks sharp & difficult to deal with.

I actually think he was going to kick the body and missed.

GADDAYUM, was that a soccer kick that just missed?

what difference is there in kicking someone standing up vs kicking someone who is on the ground?

has anyone ever been seriously injured by getting kicked in the head when on the ground?

such a stupid MMA rule. it was only put in place for optics when the sport was struggling to get sanctioned and go mainstream
You can get like 10 times more force on a soccer kick/ low kick. I like the rule. It'd be rare for sure, but someone the size of Brock Lesnar or Bob Sapp would eventually crush someones cranium or break their neck with a soccer kick or a stomp.

Imagine a guy like Francis Ngannou landing like 10 of these on a smaller HW with a ref that stops fights late. Videos are time stamped.

The danger is really soccer kicks on fighters that are already KOd. If a guy is still defending himself, soccer kicks aren't that brutal. But refs don't always stop the fight on time and 10 Ngannou soccer kicks on a guy that's already out would be horrible for the sport.

I really think it's a miracle that no one ever got killed or paralyzed on PRIDE. I think that's because the great strikers in PRIDE were all 220 lbs or less. You have guys that are both huge, explosive AND decently technical in a way you didn't have back then, that's a disaster waiting to happen.

Are you stupid? Most street fights end up on the ground, I'd say more than 60%.
Have you ever been in a fight? Or sparred someone? Jiu-Jitsu is definitely real fighting and very applicable in real life street fight situations.
Maybe in America but in my country a street fight would more likely end up like Vale Tudo rules people's head being kicked

Sasa was a young talented fighter, undefeated at that point, and this dude ended his career with a move that requires zero training.

Man I love watching this guy. I’ve only seen 2 of his fights, so I need to check out his others but he is fun to watch fight.

I have hardly ever seen any street fights go to the ground.
As for the reason you just said.

People parrot this 90% of street fights go to the ground. It’s pretty absurd.

Then you haven't seen a lot of street fights, case closed.
If you're in a situation where multiple people will start kicking your head once you're down, you're fucked anyway. So what does that have to do with anything?

Obviously we are talking about 1vs1 fights, not 5v1 fights where you obviously shouldn't be trying to set up a gogoplata. Neither should you pull guard in a street fight, obviously. But saying BJJ is useless in a street fight is just a noob opinion of someone who hasn't had any training or fight experience at all. I've seen a small guy pulling off a triangle on concrete before, on a bigger guy, too. Seen multiple rear-naked chokes, bulldog chokes and guillotine chokes in a street-fight context.

Lmao..imma pussy because i understand difference between a sport that people compete for money to provide for there families and life or death combat..

You sure are ignorant and probably havent trained or fought in your life because if you did youd understand why the rules are how they are..
Go watch tennis or other shit
