Putting the law aside in that state then. She got 15 months, and deserves more then that. I'm glad she is in jail as I'm sure most people are glad. She's in jail now, and that's it.
Well as I said, I think we need to be very concerned whenever people are weirdly convicted for crimes for which specific laws do not actually exist. I don't think that's how the legal system is supposed to work. In fact, I think it's an abuse of the legal system.
We don't need to think about the principle and the precedent that is being set here.
There's a reason that this case is being hotly debated among legal experts.
