General MMA Discussion & Future Lines- 2020

Vince Murdock is currently sitting at -240, despite losing his last fight to a guy who was 7-2. Murphy has a win over Victor Henry. This is a no brainer.
 
Ddp vs Strickland 2 should be 50/50 odds. Not the fight I would have booked but whatever I guess they did own Sean the crybaby a favor.

I wonder if Suarez makes it to cage now that title is on line. If she does and is healthy I think she outwrestles Weili. We already saw it with Rose and her anti grappling hasnt been tested since. Big + odds would be nice though so I wont say anything more.

I wonder about the cardio of Suarez in a 5 rounder. She uses a lot of energy and iirc she looked tired AF in rd 3 vs Nina Nunes.

Depends on how hard Weili makes it for her I guess. Vs Carla she just kept pounding her untill ref stepped in and that was late to third. All the injuries and all the rust, I dunno guess I need the odds for perspective.

Weili -250
Suarez +210

Seems about right to me. I think Weili realized her ground game needed work and turned it from a potential weakness to a strength. She's an obsessive perfectionist by all accounts so not surprising. Also, as good as wrestler as Tatiana has been, she jumped guard for guillotine wins in her last 2. I guess you could say it means she has a good squeeze and trusts she'll finish when she does that. On the other hand, I don’t see that working vs Weili.

Hmmm I might still bite on Suarez with those mind you Im a high believer in her skillset so I might have a bit biased look here.
 
Random fights for the Aussie card. Was going to go but those headliners aren't making me go to the worst city in the country
