General glucosamine question

For some reason i couldnt the seach wouldnt let me search for this so here goes flame away if this has been done: I am just about to start taking Glucosamine and i want to know about doseages which you all take. It says take 1500 mg but i was curious if you would recommed a different dose. Also should take less on your off days or take the same amount reguardless of the day's workload thanks

Take what the bottle says which is usually 1500 mg. And you do need to take it every day. It needs to build up.
