I've come in midway through this conversation so I'm not sure if you're trolling, serious, or just retarded, but in the context of Asian gender segregated public bathing it is inherently non sexual.

If you wanted to argue mixed gender public bathing can be sexual, you'd have an argument because unfortunately there will always be male sickos trying to take advantage. That's why they don't allow them with the women and girls.

My brothers lived in Japan for a few years now, only leaving for work, speaks it fluently, we've visited him several times, it's completely normal and non-sexual there.

Perhaps its a generational/community thing now families are smaller combined with a different western mindset but have you never had to help, look after, babysit, or deal with a young nephew/sibling/cousin as an adult when they're naked? Perhaps they made a big mess, had an accident, injury, or embarrassing situation. It's not different to that but with the 'it takes a village' mindset.
