I think self policing is all that is necessary but I'd say if I were to write a law, it would state only people with vaginas can enter women's bathrooms.

I don't need real data to know that men are more dangerous than women and trans women are just men who either think they're a woman or want to cosplay as a woman. Therefore they are more dangerous than women because they are still a man underneath that makeup.

I use my eyes to be able to tell who is a woman and who is a man. With great accuracy I might add. Every once in a while I can be fooled if someone has had enough surgery or looks androgynous enough but 99.999% of the time it's very easy to spot who we can and cannot reproduce with.

Some have invested far more in being trans than others. Some it’s hard to tell if they are trans or a female. Those are most likely not faking it.

You will undoubtedly mis-label many women as trans if you go around trying to identify trans solely based on looks.

You have to presume innocence and I favor individual freedoms. Most people just want to do their business and go about their day. Without incident. but you want them to suffer the indignity of being forced to use the men’s room even if they can pass for female and have committed to being trans.

Arrested for suspected of having a penis is pretty scary position to put people in.
