Gain 5lbs of muscle in a day??

Does eating 5 lbs of steak count of gaining 5 lbs of muscle?

If not ....

Oh on a side note I actually have done over 500 pushups in one day before....I didn't gain 5 lbs or probably anything for that matter... (i did 10 sets of 50 throughout the day).

Heck a few months ago I did 300-400 pullups in one day... all I got from that was a nice case of tendinitis.

LOL! I was thinking of emailing him as well. Are you really? Let me know.

I'm about to leave for work, but I'll think of a lengthy e-mail while I'm there and send it off tonight.

I gained fifty pounds of muscle in a MINUTE just looking at picture of the PAIN TRAIN!

Wow, that's ridiculous.

I mean...

go ahead and try this. Let me know how your shoulders and tendons feel the next day...

Thats a good question. How many cals are in 1lb of muscle anyway?

I only found one source to back this up so it may vary well be inaccurate... but at the least, you get the idea that it takes a lot to build a pound of muscle.

Muscle Building

How many calories do you think are required to build a pound of muscle? Amazingly, to build a pound of muscle tissue requires over 45,000 calories. How can that be, you ask? After all, a pound of muscle at about 20% protein comes out to be 90 grams of protein. That muscle is also comprised of about 13 grams of lipids, 4 to 5 grams of glycogen, and several millimoles of ATP and creatine phosphate. The rest is water. If you break down that pound of muscle to consume it as calories, it works out to 4 calories per gram of protein and glycogen, plus 9 calories per gram of lipid, plus a few hundred calories for the ATP and creatine phosphate --- so --- we have a total energy value stored in that muscle of 750 calories.

I gain about 5lbs every day. Most of it disappears after a night's sleep and a morning dump. If I could figure out how to survive without sleeping and shitting, I would be the most muscular man alive.

It's official...I have no use for that site any more.

Lusst, my av is the new team av. The power of christ compels you.

I use to do 500 push ups a day multiple times a week. I was only gaining 4 pounds a day though.

If you gain 5lbs of muscle in a day by that program how much would it be after a year or something?:D

Go take a look at five 16oz steaks stacked up in the butcher shop and ask yourself if you think you could grow that much tissue in 24 hours and by doing push ups.

If that made scientific sense, I'd jack off for 24 hours straight and then start my porn movie superstar career.

What a fucking crock of shit. I couldn't even finish it. That is just another convenient way to push biotest products on people. What a bunch of cunts.

After reading that article I kind of feel like someone just walked over and took a dump in my mouth, and told me it was candy.

If you'll notice I did not explicitly express displeasure.
