This isn't a situation of going back to the well though, like Benghazi. This happened because the investigation required a special counsel due to its scope and political conflicts. It's not like Mueller is going to reopen it time and again. The house Dems will have to follow up on this, too. And there are separate cases developing against Trump, like from NY state and another federal investigation into the payoffs by SDNY. It's a big clump of suspected criminality surrounding a national security investigation.

IF it so happens that Trump and his administration are cleared by these investigations, and they keep reopening them time and again and do not accept numerous independent investigatory conclusions that all criminality has been determined and there is nothing left to investigate, THEN we can start pretending it's similar to something like Benghazi. There is no "keep investigating until..." thing happening here. Not to say it won't, but it has not.
