I dont get the American thing either. American athletes go into other sports? Isnt' that true of literally every country? MMA is not a mainstream sport anywhere. Lewis right off the bat? I’d say give him Spivac, that’d be a decent first test

I mean Brock lost that fight, so I'm not sure if that's the best example. Also, Brock was put there because he was a guy who headlined Wrestlemanias while Gable couldnt even get anywhere in developmental, ie, Brock Lesnar was a draw, Gable isn't.

Brock was never the best or that close to it, he was a name. Gable fighting Lewis in his third fight sounds like a terrible idea for his career. Literally the only way he loses is by getting flatlined, which is not that unlikely.

We've already seen this year a few world class wrestlers lose in the UFC when they stepped up in competition. Why be impatient?
