Sweet I can't wait, still one of the best shows to ever come on TV imo.

I loved season 2, but can see how someone who loved the first season could hate the second, they were very different.

Really? I actually preferred Season 1 to Season 2.

Season 2 started off so strong, but the weird alien angle at the end had me scratching my head. Plus, I'm pretty sure nobody was getting a face transplant in the 70s.

Still a great season of TV though.

P.S: Bokeem Woodbine (Mike MIlligan) should have been nominated for an Emmy. He was such a great character.
 
I've got very high expectations after the first two seasons. It will be hard to beat the cast of season 2, so many great performances.

Yeah, I thought S2 was far more engaging. When the new episode dropped, I was always there to check that shit out. But for S1, there were times where I would go a few weeks before getting caught up and honestly questioned a few times if I was actually going to finish it.

The alien angle was strange, I'll agree with that, but it was based on real-life reports of UFO sightings from the area at that time. So I more thought it was a unique and interesting twist.

Overall I just thought that S2 was better storytelling. I found myself being into it more of the time. And like you said, Woodbine was fucking AWESOME. In fact, the whole cast was. Everyone knocked it out of the park, especially Woodbine and Dunst.

Oooo boy. I only watched season 2 and was riveted. Excited for season 3.

Should I watch season 1?
 
Love both S1 and S2 but McGregor is not great IMO. Can be VERY corny sometimes, and if he's playing twins here I can't imagine it not being corny.

will certainly watch and give it the benefit of the doubt thought.
 
Why split hairs? Both seasons were aces. I expect this next season to be aces as well...
