Full Body Workout vs Splits

I personally hate threads where someone who is not a regular or even invests much time on this forum comes in and posts a thread with the general attitude of "Let me graciously impart my idea of how to train on you dumb fucks and if you disagree with me then you are wrong".

But did I say if you disagree with me you are wrong? No I just said I don't want any arguments. If you disagree don't bother posting. Simple isn't it. Because it wasn't about that, it was just about the information. Those who would learn from it great, if not just get on with your life. If you think they are wrong just let them get on with there life, they will come round eventually.

And it was not my idea. Because that would be pretentious. It was the original idea of how guys used to build their bodies. Guys who have actually done something, with credentials more than what you or I have. I just thought people would be interested in what he had to say. And if you were interested, I would like more of a discussion. That's why I said if you don't agree stay away, because I am not interested whilst in this topic. This topic was not meant to be a debate. Just meant to inform.

If I am an idiot, then why are you bothering replying to me and reading through my posts if they are so stupid. :P I already owned every single one of you with my previous posts, which you cannot decipher, since you are illiterate.

If you've been here since 2009, why did you wait almost 7 years to impart this amazing knowledge on us?

Isn't trolling with a yellow card a bannable offense?

This is new to me :) You aren't born with all knowledge, you do learn things in life you know.

Don't you have anything better to do with your life, then talking to someone you don't like? You clearly are a smart individual, why are you talking to the likes of me? Why are you still here? You don't like me. Go train.

Do you actually lift, OP?

What does your own program look like? What are your numbers?

Have you cracked 21" biceps?

Thank you friend, I have learnt a valuable lesson.

So you don't even lift?

Damn, you're one of those little guys who just jerks off to bodybuilders. Weird.

I said in my first post I have trained both ways, splits and full body. Obviously I just meant in my fantasy land bro, not in actual real life or nothing, cus that would just be too gangsta

This is a "no shit, sherlock", "captain obvious" statement, but needs to be said that the doing full body instead of splits is not even remotely relevant to the differences in aesthetics between old school and modern bodybuilders.

I was my strongest doing a split, 5/3/1. Due to a tight work schedule I switched to total body 3 days a week. I've gotten weaker since switching. Splits=better than total body

Didn't take long for this pathetic reply to come up did it

Could you explain why it's pathetic?

Bodybuilding is very very different from lifting for S&C purposes. Most discussions that are body building-focused won't be relevant to S&C.

It's unfortunate that this is the kind of thread that gives the f13 a bad name, and it has nothing at all to do with the regulars being assholes.
