The politicians then steal money from the tax payers.
Then the politicians give the stolen money to Zelensky.
Zelensky steals some of it.
Then Zelensky gives the rest of it to Lockheed Martin.

It seems that the money is not a problem if raising so much money is possible while having a lot of constany increasing debt
