Love love love love the Frank Mir knock down and submission of Kongo. My favourite. That Frank Mir came in at a massive 265 pounds and put out Kongo who at the time was one of the great HWs. Never forget UFC 107 with Mir vs Kongo as Co Main event

Look, I love Nog, one of my favorite fighters, but it IS one of Mir's career highlights. Why not use it in a thread where you're trying to point to his accomplishments as a fighter. It's a sport, man, no need to get all emotional because you happen to be a Nog fan.
