Media Francis Ngannou has made $30 million from two boxing matches. He only made $3.5 million from 14 UFC fights in 7 years!

Saint Jones could outbox Muhammad Ali, knock out Mike Tyson, George Foreman, Lennox Lewis and both the Klitschko brothers in one night

I was thinking the other day, is Jon Jones the baddest man in the planet, or the nicest man on the planet based on what he has contributed to humanity. Maybe he is both

He's both! He's like the Archangel Michael

No surprise Boxers are wayyy overpaid and add in Oil money surprised he did not make more for losing so many boxing matches. Glad I no pay for such garbage.

Saint Jones will be in Birningham, England next week. Not sure if that's close to you, but it is a once in a life time opportunity to meet our brother in Christ.
Saint Jones presence will bless the UK with lower crime rates, the end of homelessness, less wars, less gang activity and the love of Jesus will be spread

Actually just checked, England might be a bit far from Ireland, but for the opportunity to meet Saint Jones I would swim across the oceans with a 200lb suitcase tied to my ankles

Francis made 3-4m in the UFC, plus a number of sponsors so let’s say 4-5m in 4-5 years … and by his own admission was broke at the end and had to ask Usman for a 200k loan!

He has a hugely inspirational story, likely movie-worthy in the future, but clearly isn’t good with money (silly watches/jewelry, private jets, huge entourage, etc).

So now he’s made 30m from boxing (his boxing career is possibly over by the way, at least in terms of 8 figure payouts) … will the 30m last?

It’s absolutely enough to have a very lavish life, for generations if invested, but his track record isn’t the best.

Hopefully he gets rid of the entourage, garish outfits and silly watches/jewelry, and lives a wonderful serene life, with or without fighting again in MMA or boxing.

Well to make it worse he probably got PPV buys on his champ fights so good chance he made closer to 5M to 7M in his UFC career.

Hopefully someone will take 5M of his 30M and invest it where he can't get at it easily.

Indeed, 30m is absolutely ample money to live like a king. He could buy a 10m amazing home, 1m of cars and assorted toys, give away a few million to help family, village, african MMA academies, etc ... and still have 15m to invest: just putting them in generic stock funds yields on average (long term) 5-10% per annum, that's around 1m a year to live incredibly well without even ever touching the 15m!

Of course if he spends all year flying around in private jets with a huge entourage of hangers on, all decked out like clowns in head to toe LV and garish jewelry, with the inevitable bad business schemes (scams) someone will offer ... it isn't going to last very long.

Anything over 10m is ample to live incredibly well IF there is just a minimum of intelligence in managing it.

Retire. Cut ties with the entourage before he blows all his money. And disappear. Live a modest and low key life. And invest some of that money into a modest, low key and stable business for his and his family's future.

That is what he should do now. Anybody telling him otherwise is pigheaded at best...malicious at worst
Na, I say spend it all on cars, boats, jewelry, women, drugs and an extremely flashy lifestyle and then parlay that image into a crappy liquor company.

I'm flying over
I will not bother attending my brothers wedding, that isn't important

Good on Francis for getting paid and fighting the elite. If he fights Wilder he P4P has the toughest resume around (and he’d be 0-3)

His purse might have been 20mil but boxing is notorious for managers taking huge chunks of fighter purses. I remember when Buster Douglas got a $30 million purse against Holyfield but he claimed he saw less than $2 million of that. Granted taxes were involved but still, these numbers don't necessarily represent reality.
He has the same manager as when he was in the UFC. He doesn't have a promoter, either. Only Marquel, Dewey, Nicksick, that French boxing coach and his sparring partners. Plus he gets PPVs and sponsorships on top of the 20 mil.

"Africa Facts Zone"....lol ....wwk ....
he made 2-3 millions for two fights max

All this shit about him making crazy money is fake as his "migrant" fairy-tale garbage story !
His first fight was ppv flop (tyson" the chicken king" popularity was exposed there too as fake ) so no way he got wwk money.

Thank the arabs no one else would pay him that much
Exactly. They LOST money.
And people still don't understand why DW just didn't hand Francis 50 million.
So what if Francis isnt worth that money. Dana's a scumbag for not losing millions by overpaying.
Makes total sense.

People tend to compare boxing and MMA because they are combat sports, but they are completely different sports. Boxing has a long history and over time has been able to achieve significant purses, but that doesn't mean anything for the UFC. Ngannou could also make great purses as an F1 driver, basketball player, soccer player... good for him that he managed to make that money in boxing. But each one is right in defending their interests, the UFC and him.
