The Francis bashing is.....

The whole basis for that story is a stupid screenshot of someone claiming to be Frank's friend and asking for 30 million.

That's it.

Fucking thing could be fake, we don't know whose number that was, screenshots are easy af to edit, etc.

The idea of a fighter just having some random friend negotiate on his behalf is laughable.

Ngannou is fucking awesome.

Seems to want to do good, monster in the ring, and keeps it as humble as a guy in his position can.

Well, one thing is for certain, he asked for more than the UFC was willing to give and was going to make the most money the UFC has ever paid a guy to fight.

I saw a lot of talk that he turned down $8 million to fight Jones but wanted other things also.

Francis seems like a diva and while I doubt he asked for $30 million (unless he is the single most delusional athlete in history), I have no doubt he asked for at least twice what he's actually worth.

Worth is subjective.

He's the most exciting HW the UFC has ever had and is undoubtedly baddest man on the planet.

IMO, Boner Gane isn't that great. It's Jon vs. the guy Frank beat with one leg.

Conor made 100 million and he was as good as Francis is for all of nine seconds.

Hopefully, there will be a day when Frank does get over 100 mil.

He asked to be able to make a fool out of himself boxing and that's not a great idea for a UFC Champion and therefore asset to do.

Can see why UFC was not paying him a bundle if he just wants to spend his time elsewhere.
No commitment or loyalty in the relationship.

Be a UFC Champion, or be a combat sport journeyman and former Champ.

We will see who else does business with him, so far I don't think anything is signed.

Still, good for him for doing what he wants.

There seems to be a real effort to tarnish his reputation online. It's an easy way to sort out the dipshits, but it's sad to see it happen.
Real effort to tarnish his reputation – with a bunch of threads started first thing on Monday of fight week for Jones and Gane. Guess the UFC PR team doesn't work weekends.

Extra smart to keep the conversation on Ngannou, taking it away from Jones and Gane on their fight week. Sounds like something Dana would do.

Worth for the most part can easily be objective. It is based on how much money you are projected to make the company.
Francis is never getting 100 million unless he can sell 4-5 million PPV buys.

How much do you make the company? Are you worth your salary?

Yes, we all know the UFC likes to pay fighters what they are worth. I'm not sure of the numbers but a HW champion in boxing makes 20-30 million a fight. Let's say Dana wanted to pay Francis 2 or 3 million a fight. Guess who pockets the 17-27 million difference?

LOL at the brainless UFC company men in here supporting Uncle Dana and his parade of lies.
They're just saying what's on the brief. It's not their fault Dana is a petty ass that would rather take a jab at Ngannou than promote their "HW championship"

The highest selling HW championship fight makes around that much, Francis doesn't generate anywhere near those PPV numbers.
