he's the guy that made big men popular among wrestlers
No he's not
he's the guy that made big men popular among wrestlers
I just learned here that Virgil died this year, and also Butch from the Bushwhackers died last year.

Virgil Death
Pro wrestler Virgil (aka Mike Jones) epitomized the saying "there are no small parts, just small actors." Likewise in pro wrestling,wrestlerdeaths.com

Butch Miller Death
"Bushwhacker" Butch Miller was an example of a successful wrestler reinventing himself to even greater success.wrestlerdeaths.com
Very sad.
I actually met the Bushwhackers, Virgil, Yokozuna (right before he passed away), Hawk from the Road Warriors, and Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine when I was like 8 or 9 years old.
Wrestlers used to come to my hometown in Cornwall, England, and put on a small show infront of fans. I have a pic with all of them, plus their autographs, but haven't found them in years, probably hiding away in the attic somewhere. This thread has now inspired me to hunt for those photos.
Sid was basically Brock Sampson in real life.

Are you sure it was the real people and not one of the infamous "WWF Tribute" shows they used to run in England?
You may find that pic one day and be in for quite a surprise LoL
"YOU'RE ONLY HALF THE MAN I AM AND I'VE GOT HALF THE BRAIN YOU DO!!!""There's bees that make honey..., AND THERE'S USED-TO-BE's LIKE YOU, FATSO!!!"
I almost died laughing when Sid was cutting this promo on Hogan.
It's about average age for a pro wrestler isn't? These guys dying this young is not shocking at this point.
RIP
He died to cancer and not a heart attack, stroke, or overdose.
