Media Former UFC heavyweight Greg Hardy knocked out again in Moscow boxing match

He's been starched a few times now since leaving the UFC, and this is the second time in boxing that he got sent through the ropes. Plus it looks like he outweighed that guy by 75 lbs.

Also why are people still calling this guy a wife beater?

Wasn't he proven to have been defending himself? I remember even Dana defending him from media at the time when he was initially signed to the UFC

Fuck no he wasn't proven to be defending himself. He was found guilty, then later it was overturned because she didn't show up to court. He "reached a settlement" with her (bought her off). Deadspin released the pics of her and he beat her up. Chucked her on a pile of guns apparently, choked her, and said he was gonna kill her. She was like 120 lbs and he's a 290 lb elite NFL defensive lineman..."defending himself" from her LOL?

You're surprised Dana would defend a guy he just signed to the roster? A higher profile guy no less? Are you serious?

outside of a series of other character flaws, greg hardy just isn't very bright. dude does not learn lessons very well. you're not a great fighter, you're definitely not a great boxer. stop getting KOed and go find something else to do.

Here's hoping he never learns

Still can't believe Dana signed this guy. But in light of what we saw from New Year's and him still keeping Conor around while sucking Jon off, it's not surprising.
Why would it be surprising, you've seen video of Dana hitting his own wife.

Hardy is a never-was type of can, a person with zero combat specific athletic ability outside of being a big dude.
That's all an A-level athlete was supposed to be. They were supposed to be champs with 6 months training.

It's almost like a lifetime of training a specific sport makes you better at it than someone that's only been around a few years.

Yeah but JDS or even Travis Browne was a much better HW with a similar level of experience and lack of martial arts background.

lol, why does he keep boxing? he got ktfo by Tai Tuivasa for fucks sake and he thinks he'll do better vs a world ranked cruiserweight? lol
Hardy making it 3 rounds with him let’s you know he was probably better suited for boxing. The fact is his name value pushed him up the ranks WAY faster than needed. He isn’t a top tier boxer. Acting like he is an untalented bum is just sherdogging

Yeah but JDS or even Travis Browne was a much better HW with a similar level of experience and lack of martial arts background.
JDS trained martial arts during his childhood, claims to have really began taking them seriously in his early 20s, winning BJJ tournies, then started boxing, and ultimately went pro at 22.

Greg Hardy spent a lifetime training football, then switched to fighting at roughly age 28 because the NFL wouldn't touch him due to his domestic violence charges. Quite different. One might also consider that football history in relation to the KOs he's vulnerable to. Brain can only take so much.

Browne is closer, having been a basketball player (although not elite professional level) that turned to MMA in his late 20s, although one could argue based on record that he wasn't terribly more successful than Hardy.

Regardless of all that, you'll always find a couple outliers if you look hard enough.

I don't get how a dude doesn't realise they don't have a chin.

lol lasting 3 rds with a guy you're like twice as big as is not an accomplishment. for all you know the cruiserweight carried him. looks like he didn't even try to KO him until he did.
