Law Florida to eliminate ALL vaccine mandates

Stupidity for stupidity sake. Few things get a rise out of me but a kid getting a provenly preventable serious illness is one of them. RDS and RFK are doing inexcusible shit.
Adults making adult decisions, not the end of the world

Yay for you

My neighbor has a full blown non-verbal autistic kid, he's 9 and still behaves like a toddler. Has complete meltdowns when his schedule is altered or is faced with something unexpected. Can't handle loud or annoying noises.

And she's not the only friend I know with autistic children

That was unheard when I was growing up in the 70's/80's

Fun how personal experiences work...
And you thinks it's because of vaccines?

Autism certainly existed it just wasn’t diagnosed as often because the medical definition at the time was much more narrow.

We already know that vaccines don’t cause autism, it’s not even a question.
"Its not even a question". Theres nothing available to justify this level of confidence. All the studies done have been garbage, and dont justify this epistemic certainty. Pure dishonesty.

This is why we have doctors and experts, because unless you are a doctor with years and years of expertise/education you aren't in a position to determine what is and isn't excessive. This isn't aimed towards you but I don't understand the trend of people rejecting science and experts for the opinions and conspiracy theories from people like RFK Jr and others that aren't experts in these fields.
This is actually the issue. People abdicate any responsibility to know about anything, then call other people stupid. Its fucking retarded. Even if you wanted to be an npc like this, there are a bunch of doctors with differing opinions.

The decisions impact children. Didn’t say it was the end of the world, but for some kids, it definitely will be life changing.
None of this is proven, as a matter of fact, its just taken at face value.

This will absolutely end the lives of children. And then we'll have all the "Pro Life" conservatives here who are otherwise reactionary shrugging their shoulders and doing the "well those thousands of kids were weak and would have died anyway" horsesh*t just like they did with COVID.

Florida is stupid, with the worst Surgeon General of modern times. Hope this snaps that State out of their complete idiocy.
None of this will happen.

What’s dishonest is claiming “all the studies have been garbage” simply because you have an agenda. Ironically, most of this vaccines and autism silliness is due to a study that came out in the 1990s and was later retracted because *it* was garbage. There have been tons of studies on this topic, the data is overwhelming that vaccines do not cause autism. It’s a nonsense claim.

While I also dont think vaccines cause autism, ruling it out completely is close minded. I can argue that when investigating, you should throw away assumptions..... and about the only reliable assumption you can make is that once the bottom line of big pharma is affected, they're gonna kick and scream, maybe not directly, but it's them

Reality is irrelevant to these guys. They only care about the topic -any topic- insofar as it can be used. And that's especially true if it can be used to validate their intellectual resentment. These are people going around every day just _knowing_ they're really the smart ones, but the smug liberals won't admit it.

At this point though, the data is pretty overwhelming there there’s no causation. It’s been studied literally dozens of times. So I think we should ask:
  1. Why are spending money and taking time to study this yet again, when dozens (or more) studies have all confirmed the same result?
  2. Should we trust the group doing the investigating when it’s being overseen by a noted anti-vaxxed like RFK?
It’s interesting—Republicans have no issue cutting cancer funding but are willing to spend money retreading a topic that’s been studied a ton. It just seems like they’re trying to push an agenda at the expense of the scientific data we already have.

Its not because i have an agenda, its because im not a bot that takes what he hears at face value. They are flawed, deeply. You speak with a certainty that isnt justified. Just be more percise with your language or get off your high horse.
