I like Joe’s content for the most part but he becomes super defensive on certain subjects if you disagree with him. I’ve heard him call guests “fuck face” or “silly bitch” multiple times. If someone were to say “hey fuck face bow hunting isn’t good for amateur outdoorsmen such as yourself” he would absolutely snap.

His health practices are moronic though. They’re not for longevity; at best they’re the kind of practices used by athletes who need it to make big money but know they’re risking their health. The thing is he’s not an athlete.

Yeah eating only meat is good for weight loss (the perpetual diarrhea helps with that too) but it’s horrible for your insides. Exogenous test in the amounts I’m sure he abuses it is bad for your heart. Not to mention all the other drugs.

I wouldn’t bet on him living to 110.

Getting "instant street credit" for just being tall must be nice. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds that hard to believe.

Are you saying that you don't believe taller men get instant street credit? Take a guy that's 5'7" and a guy that's 6'2" both with a decent build. Those men are commanding different levels of respect from other men. Doesn't mean the taller man is a badass or the shorter man isn't, it's just what we're wired to see. Women are even worse with that. They'll see a guy that's 6'4" with a garbage build and no athletic ability as an alpha a lot f the time, while dismissing a guy that's 5'5" and built like a brick shithouse with cauliflower ear.

Is what it is.

No lots of places no one is getting as you say "street cred without being tested. It was pretty rare to see one of the tallest guys in my neighborhood even outside the house after it was learned that he couldn't stand up for himself. Years later I was shocked to find out that he still even lived there. Yes I agree with you about job opportunities and women. Most women are swiping left if you're not a certain height, which is kinda sad. I don't know about short as 5'5 but I knew alot of guys who I guess fall into the manlet status who got a ton of respect. I've really got no bias either way having been recently to the doctor and she said I was 6'1, I guess it's still manlet lol. Always thought I was 5'11 or 6 must have been tainted supplements or maybe she just didn't want to be close to me for long enough to get an accurate reading.

I think you might be using the term street cred as a literal definition. When I say street cred, I mean a guy that can walk into a club and not usually get the stink eye or a kid you grew up with that nobody wanted to fuck with because he looked tough. Yes, these types can be exposed an lose that cred, but what I'm talking about is how they were gifted it to begin with, where a smaller guy has to earn it.

Anyways, it's human nature. Obviously not everyone is going to overestimate a guy that's significantly taller than average, but most people do. Just look at Sherdog, posters do it constantly with professional fighters, and that's guys that are into fighting that should know better. A guy that's 6'2" is going to be far less likely to get "tested" literally anywhere than a guy that's 5'7" with a similar build. To say otherwise is to deny reality.

Honestly, I think we're talking about the same thing, where a guy that was tall could get exposed as a kid. They know they'e not tough, and we know they're not tough, but people that don't know them have no idea most of the time. They get instant street cred that smaller guys don't receive just for being big
