Nobody is alleging they fabricated a dossier to get a warrant. Not even the Trump loyalists who are orchestrating this. Devin fucking Nunes would call you a nutjob for your post. If that doesn't make you take a deep breath, I don't know what will.

They didn't fabricate it, but the Russians did. So same difference as far as the warrant goes. It was still based on a fabricated document corroborated by a bogus Yahoo article that was written by Steele. They also never disclosed that it was opposition research paid for by the Clinton Campaign. Seems to me there's enough there to qualify as more than a "nothing burger" as some are calling this.

Yeah you've probably missed some of it. It's not true that the dossier was the only/main reason they got another FISA warrant on Page (he's been under surveillance on suspicion of spying before). And if it's not true that the warrant came from the dossier, then this whole thing is a farce. They had 100s of pages of justification for it, and it's looking like Nunes & company are trying to pull a fast one on the American people and sink the investigation. But it won't work.

Andrew McCabe already testified under oath that without the Dossier there would have been no FISA warrant issued. So the hundreds of pages they may have are just additional corroboration.

We will see where it goes. The dems would have released the memo. To me it looks shady but criminal link is another. In the end I find it funny that peeps believe their own side is doing good while the other is doing bad.... they both do bad...

They're definitely not above reproach, I'll grant you. Comey's circus on the eve of the election was a disgraceful nothingburger. Strzok needed to be kicked off the case, for another instance. But that was done, timely too- Mueller does not fuck around. He is a fantastic lawman. I don't think this investigation is partisan. There's no evidence to support that claim. To the contrary, it has taken pains to be professional and neutral.

What was exposed today appears to be yet another confirmation of FISA warrants being treated like Halloween candy. That is something we already knew, however. And still, even with the FISA thing, the surveillance on Page was legitimate. This is a guy suspected of being a Russian agent for years before the campaign, and had already been watched. He's a guy who the fucking AG committed perjury for. Big stuff, bad news.

tl/dr, leave Mueller and his team the hell alone and let them conduct their investigation. Also, Nunes had best remove himself from this immediately, and go find something better to do, or he's going to wind up in cuffs.
