FISA Abuse Memo, prediction thread (update post 120 maybe)

They really want you to feel sorry for carter page!! Amazing! If FISA is so bad why didn't they raise this issue two weeks ago. You know when they voted to renew it?

Russian intelligence agents working in New York City met with Carter Page, a one-time foreign-policy adviser to President Donald Trump, and attempted to recruit the business consultant as a spy in 2013.

While the effort was ultimately unsuccessful as the FBI broke up the spy ring in 2015, the meetings between Page and the Russian intelligence officers constitute one of the most substantive ties to date between a member of the Trump camp and Russian intelligence. Those meetings will likely add to the urgency of the multiple ongoing investigations of the administration’s ties to Moscow and the campaign’s possible coordination with Russian intelligence to tip the election in Trump’s favor.

In a 2015 complaint describing the FBI’s investigation of the spy ring, Page is only identified as “Male-1.” BuzzFeed first reported that Page is the business consultant in question, and he has confirmed it.

I didn't give a shit about this until I saw the Pelosi video. Now I want to know what's so fucking bad that she almost melted down on television

 
While this will like be interesting, I want more. I want every little secret deal, twisting of rights, cabals, questionable partisan play, etc exposed. All of it and I really don't care the damage it does to our reputation, our intelligence community or the safety of our nation at this point. It all needs to be dug up out of the dirt that is our political system and exposed.

Russian subversion has straight up pwnt the US. Not only is Trump doing their bidding (knowingly or unknowingly) but we are now attacking and essentially ruining our own intelligence apparatus with utterly political hackery at the expense of it.

All this dirt you want to see is really just a smokescreen to distract and our branches of government are officially not separated anymore.

If our government and society is so fragile that Russia posting on FB and Twitter or digging up dirt on the DNC could do so much damage and undermine it then it was never that great to begin with and maybe needed to be torn asunder.

Both parties have been absolutely horrible through all of this.

You do realize you're going into the drawbacks of democracy right? The constituents are a bunch of scared cattle susceptible to the howls of a figurative coyote or bright lights of a farmer coming to save them. The vulnerability is the people.

It's not Russia doing the damage at this point, it's us. Specifically the people actually in control of the government...pretending this is the Democrats (who are otherwise annoying) is ridiculous. The Dems have zero control over this.

The Republicans are literally FOR letting Russia off the hook all for political gain. It's borderline treason.

When you have the President of the United Sates calling places where people come from "$hitholes" and saying that there were "Good people" who are avowed Nazis marching in the U.S. and people still openly supporting him...

How could you NOT expect me to take you for your word (no matter how outrageous) as a Trump supporter?
