you know what you're doing. Calling someone a "DEI hire" implies she wouldn't have gotten the job if it weren't for her race which further implies she is unqualified. The reason DEI programs exist is to give people who are qualified a chance against racial bias. The presumption that it means giving unqualified people employment opportunities based strictly on race comes from conservatives such as yourself.
