MMA coaches and pro fighters are as good at predicting fights as you and I. Which is to say not at all.
 
Hopefully Nates chin will hold up, so we at least get a somewhat decent fight. If McG does the unthinkable and starches him quick like Aldo, I will feel let down. Want to at least see it last a round.

Just like Mendes even if Nate is winning he will gas by the end of round 2. Sucks but this is the Conor show every advantage will be in his favor as usual. Depends how good of shape Nate comes in at also but since there's no weight cut his chin should hold up. I think Firas is an overrated coach tbh

Look at predictions of the previous fights that were made by MMA coaches and pro fighters and then look at how often the fights ever play out even remotely like they predicted. Hardly ever. BJJ Scout and Jack Slack have a better record in predicting fights than most MMA coaches.

I'll just have to take your word for it....besides I was being sarcastic, I think you're right MMA is incredibly hard to predict, too many variables.

I like to hear the thoughts and insight from pros as well.

I just dont think we should put too much weight on it prediction wise (which I though you were implying with your thread).

I definitely put more stock on it than the average prediciton but I wouldn't put any money down based on any these breakdowns.
 
Firas is the best MMA analyst out there IMO.

Anyone know what promo he is talking about? Where they cross out RDA and spray paint Diaz?

I looked up a couple promos but couldn't find that one.
 
Firas figures it will not end in a decision and it could go either way, leaning toward Conor
