Impressions: I did really well in the clinch, stringing together kick and punch combos, and footwork. I sucked with: bending at the waist, keeping my hands up, and lateral movement.

In the me vs Wing Tsun vid, I had a major headgear malfunction. I couldn't see at all as an FWI. That is why I turned away. He attacked again before I had time to completely readjuet the headgear. He apologized after the flurry. Also not filmed: he attacked with a flurry of punches. I changes levels and hit him w/ 5 or 6 body shots that drove him back. Hopefully, the other video is not lost and you can see/ critique this.
 
good work. come fight time you'll do some serious damage.

repetition effort(RE)= performing high rep set to failure. Usually it's done for 10-30 reps.
 
Hopefully. I really like GnP. I felt that I set up the shots I threw pretty well, and covered up decently when I was at the disadvantage.

The funny thing is that some of pansiest sounding names mean really badass stuff in the original language. My name is not one of those.
Walter, on the other hand, means "warlord".
Martin means "Dedicated to Mars (Ares)"
Brian is an old Celtic name meaning "Strength" or "Noble". Alternatively, it could mean "Raven".

I'm not exactly sure what happened there actually. I don't remember if that was hit or a slip. I let him have it w/ low kicks though.
 
i watched the recent one of you vs WS. nice stuff. you're doing really well kicking his hamstring when he takes that wacky TMA stance.

i still don't know why he fell though. blurry ftl.

for a GnP-focus drill, you guys were on the ground for all of 2 seconds, excluding his little spill.
