depends on what you mean by reasonable. expect to pay about 50-60 bucks for a decent glove.. more towards 80-90 for a high-mid range and easily over 100 for high end. But they're worth it. I promise. Check out the gear and equip section for more info.

Impressions:
Fucking creatine. I'm gaining too much muscle, so I'm lowering the reps to 3 or less for a couple of weeks. If that doesn't work, then I'm cutting it out of my supplement list.
Most of the singles listed above were done w/ 1-3 minutes rest, depending on the weight range. As stated before, I'm going to do heavier Push Press as singles from now on. I used the mirror and really worked on form for PP today. I got the timing down better, and could see clearly when I was scooted over to one side or the other instead of centered.
 
Creatine will have that much of an effect? I thought it helped with recovery more than anything.

What's your 1RM on BP?
 
Best 1 RM is 315, and has been for about a year. Lets say that I've deprioritzed it in favor of other lifts.
As far as noticable growth, I'm definitely seeing a lot of hypertrophy in my chest and shoulders since I started taking it, and some in my triceps. Its most likely not my strength workouts that are causing it, but rather my conditioning workouts (sledges, sandbags, etc). Being that I'm trying to drop to LHW, this poses a problem.
I can point to the Creatine as the definitive change in my supplement/ diet.
Hopefully, its just water swell and will go away when I cycle off.
 
Finny dont sweat the weight gain due to creatine. Essentially it's all water gain....once you stop taking it for 3 weeks you will lose all extra weight gained with it.

I also suggest you include some higher rep sets after ME....1-3 sets to failure wit 65-70% of 1rm...should significantly help with pressing movements.

Yes zero...that's exactly what i do. i ahve a file with every imaginable thing I ever say...so i c/p that shit to save time....thanks for outing me...

Seems like many people on this board dont do enough RE ...and it's very helpful for strength gains....especially with upper body lifts...
 
I'm probably going to be given a new squat rack by the owner of my MMA gym. He wants to replace it with a pullup/ dip station. I can't pass it up since he is at least adding another useful piece of equipment.
Also, sparring vids will be up tonight. Apparently, the other footage is lost, so I'll go with what I have.
My left shoulder is a bit tweeked, so I'm taking tonight off of training.
 
Okay, after watching tonight's episode of TUF, I'm going to stop doing a lot of bad habits, specifically, bending at the waist for body shots. Ouch.
