MMA Skill Work

100 1-2's
first 100 of each was normal punching. Second 100 was circling right and left, third 100 was speed, 4th 100 was doubling/ tripling, and 5th 100 was full power. All 1-2's were full power. Used 16oz gloves. First time this didn't really bother me for this volume.
Core Circuit
Circuit repeated 3 times w/ no rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between circuits
Hyperextensions (holding 75 lbs dumbell) x 10
Medicine Ball Slams (25 lbs) x 16 ( 8 each side)
Flags x 10
Side Bends x 20 (10 each side, 100 lbs dumbell)
Knee Hugs (3 seconds) x 10
