Impressions: I can't say I'm shocked by this PR. I just took what was in effect 4 days off of heavy lifting, and the use of chalk/ straps definitely helped. Still, they aren't the only thing. I was able to hold off on chalking up and strapping for longer than last time, so some of it was probably mental as well. Can't wait to see my Zerchers next time.
