Did he not learn from Mighty Mouse? PPV points do not even kick in until a certain number of PPV buys. He won't get PPV points so it's better to demand a higher guarantee pay just like MM was trying to do and ironically what Henry demanded later on. I say trying because the UFC refused to make it happen.

I remember when a bunch of Sherdoggers said if MM would become more entertaining both inside and out of the cage he'd get paid more. Well go look at Henry cejudo and how much he tried with all his cringy clowned induced antics. The UFC still paid Cejudo around the same amount as MM.

The Flyweight division is hard to sell regardless of who is the champion and what he does in a fight.

In the past I said that I thought MM deserved more money due to his dominance, even if it meant a loss for an event because I feel like some fighters are worth keeping around to maintain legitimacy in this sport.

Ppv points arent what they used to be on espn unless hes on one of the 3-4 big cards that year. Should ask for a bigger bag of money delivered by Dana but this time not on camera so IRS doesnt know
 
He probably is getting them, but since they don't kick in until 200k buys maybe it didn't activate?

Even interim champs get PPV (6:45)

Where did you get 120/120? There were no disclosed payouts for those events.

The ESPN deal killed the last negotiation tool fighters had with the UFC as they take th. Now all they have left is not to fight. Honestly they all need to stop taking fights. Dana and the UFC are basically funneling all of the profits, even more than before, to WME as it's the only company that's keeping them from going out of business and being able to pay back the multi-billion dollar loans.

That's where the leverage is.

But you are more likely to get Congress to agree to give people health care during a pandemic than to convince fighters with compromised management teams that are in bed with the UFC to ever strike.
