They should make that fight canon in the story mode. Have Chun-Li mentioned how she lost to Ken in the same exact way in the Street Fighter 3 tournament.

Anyone else having difficulty getting long sessions? Many are focused on rank and there is barely any open lobbies that aren't infinite rematch types.

Other than people I know or get to know it's harder. Even when doing casual search or custom with randoms they usually stop at 10 max. But sometimes you want to get FT25 or FT30 but rarely see more than 10 with randoms it seems like. And casual itself at least for me takes forever to find a match.

I'd be happy to play ft10 but I can't play with randoms because many have infinity rematch lobbies and I've waited before but they don't leave.

Has anyone tried Modern controls? I did a combo that drained about 50% of my opponents life by mashing buttons, lol.

Or you create a room with FT10, and afterwards they directly rematch with the exact same character haha!

I feel even if it somehow was a superior control scheme I still wouldn't try it out of nostalgia and loyalty to the OG controls.

Went into the Battle Hub and sat down to play someone, got a Diamond Marissa. Beat me down so bad, I had two matches where if I would of stayed calm i could of got the match. lost 12-0 and probably took 2 or 3 rounds

Just rotating, but I might go back to Ken. He was really fun in the beta and it doesn't look like much has changed.

Have you got your combos down yet?
I like to keep my drive meter up in this match up for drive reversal against her oki. And I play it slower than other match ups and try to win the neutral battle.

Sure thing bro, one more thing I forgot, one of the best counter punish combos that you can do anywhere in screen is standing hk into flying spd. It's better than ground ex spd because it leaves you closer to opponent for more oki.
