Fighting Games Discussion

Off topic just did not feel like making a new thread lol.

So i was watching some MvC2 videos and saw a tier list video (7 point system tier list) and they talked about Spiral. I did not know about this character and someone talked about Duc's Sprial, had to look it up, looked really good

USFIV still got lots of players whenever I join. My favourite fighting game, simple, technical and fun.

Never played it or the original. Looks fun though.

IMO, Windjammers 2 looks great and it's out in 10 days.

I've been playing a bit of Windjammers 2. Still learning while i get my ass kicked but it's addictive as hell.

EDIT - Just played the #1 ranked guy on ps4 and needless to say he's a monster... 74 win streak or something like that... he was nice enough to give me tips though.

Keep in mind that he's using Sentinel @ assist which is still really good, but I normally saw the Y assist which is the drones and it can be really difficult to get away from that trap.

Question for people who play fighting games regularly, how many hours a week to you play/practise?

You know, with all of the IPs that Microsoft now owns, the guest roster for a new Killer Instinct could be really cool

IF THEY WERE TO MAKE ONE

The new combo creator in GGS is such a fantastic idea. The fact you can create and share and even set up challenges is something the FGC sorely needed. Imagine Desk being able to put his combo sheets together for people to attempt. Really hoping SFVI brings back 1-frame links and mechanics that allow people to open up without sacrificing footsies and turning into a light MvC clone.

Unfortunately, the Gatlings in GGS were severely nerfed so combo creativity took a huge nosedive. It's still a great idea though.

I was reading the comments on youtube and apparently, Thems Fightin' Herds had this feature first, lmao.

I didn't think it was possible to give Baiken more cleavage. I was wrong.

I don't follow the game and I've reduced my FGC exposure on twitter because I found most of them to be in a virtue signaling circle jerk lol but I did see it pop up on my feed. I think it's a great idea I hope Capcom implements something along those lines.
