I am not sure what is going on may have a tear or nerve damage because my bench has gone down by about 70 pounds over last 4 months. I believe I have a herniated cervical disc, don't have much pain how ever.
Hack Squat
45 pound plate each side 5 reps
45 pound plus 25 pound plate on each side for 5 reps
45 pounds plus 35 pounds on each side for 5 reps
90 pounds on each side for 5 reps
Bench Press
135x5
155x5
175x5
Assisted pull ups 2 sets of 10
T bar rows
3 sets of 5
Go for 3 plates next week.
Cardio 18 minutes. My diet has been crap lately and I felt it during cardio
