It takes insane dedication and work.ethic to compete in mma at 40 plus years old. Right now we have some legends still.competing and it kind of gets tossed aside how special.these men are for competing at their ages. Fedor, crocop, chuck, dc (close to 40), werdum, Tito, chael, rampage, Anderson....these are inspirational athletes. Randy and hendo as well.

He turns 40 in a few weeks and is 8-2 in his last 10 UFC fights. What makes this really impressive is he competes at lightweight which is 10x more dependent on age/speed than the upper weight classes and is also more talent rich.

Yea, but his debut in MMA was 2009 and he tooks years off with an injury during the strikeforce days. his athleticism at 41 is still incredible, but like Couture he started MMA very late so he hasn't taken anywhere near the damage or miles as most of the older guys.
