How is possible Mark Mu
Its not impossible. They just dont care to lose the fat.

It's fighting, not bodybuilding. I'll be sure to tell Cormier that despite his undefeated record, there's a Chilean Metallica fan that thinks he needs to drop some weight. I'm sure he'll get right on it.
well, i might think losing fat is important thing in a pro athlete, how is possible they just dont care?

Well, DC for example was never THAT fat. He has an incredible amount of muscle under that layer of fat. Hes a naturally thick as shit guy. Built like a brick shithouse.
The same reason some people are taller than other people. It's genetics
Also, building muscle mass is the best (and for some people, about the only way) to lose fat. Muscle comes at the cost of carido. Either way, if guys like DC and Nelson are making it to the UFC and winning headlining fights, they have done what is best for their own body no matter what we might feel about.

The genetics excuse when it comes to being overweight is so overplayed and annoying. Some people have faster metabolisms than others, but anyone can be in shape, if you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. Someone who is Nelson's size and exercises as much as he does could eat a good amount of food and still lose weight, he just doesn't have the self control.
and then there are guys like Cain that just have shit genetics. Cain could take a year off to do nothing but lift and eat steroid like candy, and hed still look like sloppy garbage despite being in tremendous shape carsio wise.
I don't give a shit if it annoys you but it is just fact that some dudes like DC (especially dudes getting into there 30's) have a hard time keeping their fat down. I know you want to think you're better than them because you can chomp on veggies all day, but it just isn't the same for every person. I know for me, someone hitting 30 real soon when I cut weight I have to go down to eating 12-1400 calories a day and keep lifting hard. I feel like total shit when I do that, and I could completely understand how a professional fighter at the top of his game wouldn't be able to cut back like that to lose fat without sacrificing his training regimin

like people said proper dieting but also genetics do play a role, some people are just softer looking like lorenz larkin, shogun, fedor, hendricks, cormier, etc
