Bench def makes me swole like a mutha but just kills my long hooks. Overhead press and push press are just so much healthier for the shoulders but really you shouldnt do too much of that either if you punch alot anyways.

Why the fuck is she using that BS technique? Arching her back so she doesn't have to bring the weight all the way down and then the wide position of her arms. It's a joke. No doubt she's stronger than the average 13 year old who doesn't do anything active though.

I want you to actually support your points. I blatantly called you out to do this and you have failed multiple times. Then you lied and changed your position. Then you lied some more.

I want you to do what you said you would and actually support your points. I have shown that you do not even know the definition of strength, and confuse it with ROM, that you do not know what "functional" means with respect to strength (hint: it has nothing to do with how well one lift carries over to another) and many other things.

You have yet to properly support anything. And I just uploaded a lifting video from my hard drive. So support a point properly where you are right and I am wrong (it must be one of the ones I contested, this should be easy you have been wrong so many times) and I will send you a lifting video. If you do a good enough job, I will send you three or four.

So you are still getting called out for failing at the same thing. For once in your life, be a man and either back up your shit or quit talking shit. Because right now you are nothing more than a disgrace.
 
I wouldn't call it useless. Most MMA fighters lift weights to increase strength, explosivness and endurance. Bench press is one of the best upper body exercises
Of course but not more important that squats and deadlift, is overused...

Actually, the ability to press heavy weight at high velocity does correlate to higher and more explosive punching power.

If Dan Henderson worked with Louie Simmons doing explosive bar training for most of his career, his punches would be even scarier than they are.
