Now, In Jorge's defense, his hot take was at least better than Sam Alvey's was:
"I'm strongly against the unions. I've said it before. The unions want to pay everybody the same amount, and I don't support that. Conor McGregor earned his multi-millions by the way he runs his mouth and the way he wins. As much as I'm not a fan of his, I'm with that. With a union, he wouldn't be worth that. He wouldn't get half of what he's asking. Now for some of the guys that don't stand out like him, I think a union could do well. But I think that they are taking something from someone that has earned it. Myself, I don't want it, because I think I'm going to be worth every penny of what Conor is. I just need to get that win streak going and run my mouth a little bit. With a union like that I just don't like it. I'm worth more than some of the other fighters. As bad as that sounds, I am."
He's 0-6-1 in his last 7 fights and looks like he was making about $65,000 a fight in recent fights.
If unions weren't good for workers, the Jeff Bezoses of the world wouldn't put so much effort into keeping their workers from unionizing.
Cuts both ways. Left hates police unions.I like how righties pick and choose what socialism they accept while they screech socialism at everything else
unionized., the poorest states in the country are all right to work for less states.
But also, RTW states have lower costs of living and lower unemployment.
California has the highest poverty rate in the country, and also ranked dead last in quality of life.

Of course the state with the most people is going to have the most poor people. Do you think you're proving something here?

<Lmaoo>I think Jeff just has his workers' best interests at heart. He doesn't want to see them suffer a loss in wages and benefits if a union comes in.
Um, yes, proving that your post was a straight up lie.Of course the state with the most people is going to have the most poor people. Do you think you're proving something here?
It's not even near the highest. The top ten states with the highest levels of people living in poverty are, according to the U.S. government's own stats, as of 2019:Um, yes, proving that your post was a straight up lie.
The RATE is the highest in the country, and nearly 1/4 of the state is living below poverty. It also has the lowest literacy rates and highest income inequality. The most equal states are Utah and Alaska.

Tennessee, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi. California looks to be just about right in the middle, 24th or 25th.

Keep them hungry. It makes for better fights.I am a socialist but I dont want fighter pay increased it ruins the sport
You realize that more states are right to work than not? There are still unions in right to work states, you simply aren’t forced to join. I realize that may be a problem if you are counting on those union dues to fund your next campaign.
