If you're on a bike and a random dude in his car reaches his hand out to try to touch you, I'd say that counts as groping. Maybe where you're from strangers reaching out to touch you is normal, but in most Western countries it's not. I traveled around a bit and while there are different ideas of personal space, I can't say I've been to a country where this kind of behavior is normal. I haven't been to India though.

I'm from super touchy culture (Italy) but stranger dude touching the girl specially if mid arguing is still entering no no zone, lot depend from context but could be seen as very bad here too

Yes I didn't see any groping in the video but even so you don't reach out and touch a completely stranger especially a woman.

I didn't see him grope her, I did hear him being very aggressive and seemingly sexually harassing her, and honestly that alone makes it fine for her to rip his mirror off for me.


I don't even really give a shit about what's fair. If he doesn't face consequences he keeps doing that and at a minimum bothers someone else's daughter/wife/sister, and potentially worse.
