GOAT. 10 years of domination that lasted even past his prime years. Now at 44 years old he is 8-2 in his last ten fights. Truly outstanding.
I simply said that heavyweight has always been ridiculously shallow. The fact that Sylvia and Arlovski were champs is proof of that. Beating Brett Rogers is not an accomplishment.Brett Rogers beat former UFC champ and top 5 HW Arlovski. Do you need help figuring out why he was top 10?
Convenient for you to ignore Fedor fighting UFC champs Arlovski and Sylvia. Carwin is Rogers level, and Cain and JDS only became prominent when Fedor's career basically was wrapping up.
But let's be real- you are a shitty troll and you knew that.

Jon Jones beat these 10 fighters in succession:
Ryan Bader
Shogun Rua
Rampage Jackson
Lyoto Machida
Rashad Evans
Vitor Belfort
Chael Sonnen
Alexander Gustafsson
Glover Teixeira
Daniel Cormier
That is much much more impressive than Fedor's run.
Nothing "borderline" about itIndeed.
Fedor "critics" are borderline retarded though, so no surprise.
Fedor was 33 years old when Werdum submitted him with ease in 69 seconds. He was 34 when Bigfoot Silva and 40-year-old middleweight Dan Henderson knocked him out.
Prime is not only about age, you said Fedor first lost was at 33, GSP retired at 32, Khabib retired at 32, Jon Jones need pulsing steroids to keep fighting and arguably losing at 33 years old to Reyes and Santos, also Gus.
Prime is about age, years of training, accumulation of injuries, operations, and other factors. 33 years old Fedor was already a veteran of the sport, fighting in many mma orgs and combat sambo tournaments.
... continued
Fedor then rematched top 10 Mark Coleman and destroyed him
Next was top 10 Mark Hunt. Guess what? Fedor won despite a broken foot. Finished him after Mark put up a solid fight
So by my count that's 10 straight top 10 wins from 2002-2007, with 2 coming vs the world's 2nd best HW (Nog) and another vs arguably the most dangerous (Cro Cop). Go ahead and research what UFC HWs were doing in this time period, it's laughable by comparison
Speaking of UFC HWs, Fedor went on to fight top 10 Tim Sylvia (off Sylvia losing a UFC HW title fight to Nog) and top 10 Andrei Arlovski who was on a 5 fight winning streak including a decision over Fabricio Werdum and nearly impossible KOs of Ben Rothwell and Roy Nelson
Fedor won both these fights
He then fought and beat top 10 Brett Rodgers
If you're still following along, it wasn't until this point that Fedor finally lost. At 34yo (EDIT: 3 months from age 34) in his 34th fight, he lost to Fabricio Werdum, one of the greatest HWs of all-time in his own right
And so there you have it. Undefeated, 13 straight top 10 wins (9 finishes) from the ages of 25-34, all at HW.

Is Fedor the only professional HW MMA fighter to be knocked out cold by a MW? I mean, that is part of his "legacy" as well.
Jarl
Destroyed him on the scorecards, which tends to be sufficient evidence of dominance these days. To your point it was a rather uneventful point-fighting win, but I'll give Fedor a pass here considering it was his first Pride fight and vs a ridiculously dangerous opponent. Prime Semmy Schilt makes Francis Ngannou look like an amateur bar brawler and Fedor handled him with easeHe layed and prayed in the Semmy fight. But you can go with destroyed if it makes you feel better.
Lol Fedor ball garglers gotta remind us every day who is GOAT.
Strikeforce had a better HW division anyway
If Fedor's record is padded and a can crusher, so is Khabib's. Half of his resume or more are guys no one has heard of.
This is something Fedor stans completely invented out of their asses to justify him not signing with the UFC.
Khabib's resume goes how it's supposed to where he fights cans leading UP to his stint to a top fighter. Not WHILE he was a top fighter like Fedor did.

No, it’s objectively true. Fedor, Ubereem, Werdum, Barnett, AA, Sergei, Bigfoot, DC, Grim. It was satisfactory when they landed him, and over the next year it was just flat out better. UFC had a visibly shallow HW division even at the time but it’s a statement that has been retroactively confirmed as Strikeforce guys came over and spanked the old guard. It. Was. Better. Just like Pride was better.
Strikeforce was such the better HW division that their best HW, Ubereem, literally left Strikeforce for the UFC because he couldn't even be bothered to finish winning their Grand Prix lmao.
You guys just keep selling yourselves anything you can to try and justify the nearly 15 years and counting of Fedor ducking the UFC.
