Aleks its too hard to tell,not enough footage in his favor. His best performance was against Sergei. Looked pretty damn good there,but the guy was really inconsistent overall. He was putting it to Barnett,but Josh knew how to handle that situation,pushed the pace,made him tired.

Stipe is not even close to the submission/catch wrestler that Barnett was.

Barnett also could take tons of damage and hang in. Stipe got TKO’d by Struve….F-ing Struve.

People bringing up the struve ko really should stop. Everyone knows he is better than he showed in that fight,so why bother with that? Plus Barnett tired aleks out on the feet with movement and leg kicks. He took him down and finished him after he was already tired. Stipe could do that too.

It doesnt matter. Not every career is the same. GSP got Ko'd by Serra,and this did not prevent him from having a Goatly career which we all still fawn over. Mirko had his own problems getting the momentum needed to earn a title shot. Sergei lost some fights he aught to have won. Etc

Also got KTFO by Ngannou and DC and lost to JDS before JDS was completely shot. Again beating old-ass Werdum and old-ass deflated Reem who were BOTH competing in 2005 has got you confused.
