And people consider this guy a can or a has been?

BTW, he strung up 3 wins in a row against Monson, Rizzo & Ishii right after those losses.

Fedor = GOAT deal with it. Fedor versus Bigfoot would have been equivalent to GSP fighting Anthony Johnson, put that into perspective

after losing to 3 legit guys

he went on to fight in russia(hmm pretty shady huh) and he got 3 wins in a row vs older guys like monson and rizzo

GSP would've beat Rumble.

Fedor fans are so obsessed with him its sad. Sorry he aint the goat.

Jake Shields beat TRT Hendo. Jake Shields > Fedor

Fedor will get smashed again. The excuses this time will be even more funny.

GSP vs Rumble is a horrible comparison. Especially since Rumble loss multiple times at WW, which leads me to say his TKO loss via eye poke should be a NC.

You joined sherdog after Fedor Retired. Fedor was the GOAT before you could even sign up.:)

You've beaten 99Silva as the worst thread starter on Sherdog.

Stop making excuses, kid. Both Hendo and Bigfoot both lost multiple times while on TRT.

We got to see Bigfoot fight a number of his peers in the same era on TRT. Cormier and Cain knocked him out in the first round immediately after Fedor fought him.

Literally his next two sequential fights directly after fighting Fedor, while still on TRT, were summary first round stoppages. Henderson fought for a number of fights on TRT after as well with obviously mixed results.

The best guys mopped the floor with the guys who mopped the floor with Fedor.

You can try explaining away a loss. You can even pitch some explanation for two. You look like a goofball if you trying to explain away three consecutive stoppage losses in a row against marquee opponents.

Time waits for no man. Fedor in his prime would have had very different fights with those three guys, but thats not where he met them.

I don't think anyone really called him a can other than people taking the piss. It's tough to say if he's a has-been or not considering we don't have much idea what kind of form he is in as he has been retired for about 3 years and hasn't faced a relevant HW in more than 4 years. Let's not pretend that Bigfoot was some invincible killer, either. The very same Bigfoot who was soundly beating Fedor before the doctor's stoppage was completely dominated and KO'd by a man of a similar size to Fedor in his next fight.

1) You are an idiot.
2) Bring me documentation showing that Hendo was on PEDS and Fedor was not. Was there a test done after the event? If not, that is just hearsay.
3) Fedora outweighed Hendo by nearly 20 lbs and still was put face down ass up in doggystyle. Deal with it!

God damn Fedora fans are out in droves today, kinda comical.

So what I get from the thread title is he lost to the only good competition he ever faced

Funny how some fighters on sherdog after losing are not in their prime anymore. But hated ones when they lost are just because the other oponnent was better.

Or you could look at it another way. He got knocked out by a 40 year old middleweight.

Equally valid, no?
