I've paid attention. And i do not recall a single time Fedor was in the 240's... He has pretty much always ranged from upper 220's to mid 230's... near 20% BF was the norm...

My guess is that because he didnt have to train for fighting anymore (but for sure still did something every now and then), he did way more weight lifting (ect.) as before.

He didn't stop training, he just didn't train as frantically. He said he managed to heal his injuries.

I don't think he was around 20% body fat. Honestly I think his build always made him look pudgy but his actual composition is likely more athletic. I'd say more like 12-15. It might be 20 what do I care just saying his frame and size are pretty hard to judge. He certainly looks like he's been working out a lot on getting more weight on... in a good way. I'd say we'll see him fight by January. That's not fat... he looks in great shape. Remember Ali's career. People though he was done 3 times and he proved then wrong over and over. If anyone in MMA can do the same I'd wager it's Fedor.
