Huh, where did i insinuate he "bumped" in to him? I clearly stated he's someone he happens to know, along with the dozen other leaders and tycoons he's been around. If Kadyrov or any other influential leader invites you, you go. Any public spat would be considered a major sign of disrespect, and at its worst provoke unrest between different groups.
