when arona was fightng monsters in PRIDE, chael was fighting cans in wec, dude couldnt even finish Paolu "I see ghosts" Filho... Arona was 2 time adcc champ never got scored once, he beat mark keer... you think uncle chael had a chance in the world vs Keer? lmfao...

Babalu would feast on a one-dimensional wrestler like Sonnen, with laughable sub defence... back in the days, Babalu had so many tools on the ground, so many legit threats in his submission arsenal...would be a sparring contest.

I suggest you go watch Babalu´s earlier fights...

Babalu would grapple fuck Chael, but Chael would *out wrestle him*, neither had adopted a good striking skill set to write home about.

Never the less it is not a good fight to use to make a case for Fedor vs Chael, since Chael and Renato both had very different skill sets.

Babalu was not as well rounded as you claim, he was strong on the ground but his stand up and wrestling was sub par.

We were comparing the offensive wrestling of Arona to Chael. Wtf does Arona's ADCC accolades have to do with anything???

Understand that Babalu would easily sub Sonnen. It is what it is. Different levels.

But you´re right, different skillsets...One was one-dimensional, while the other one was indeed well-rounded.

Are you aware that he was a national MT champ too?
 
Hunt practically wrestle fooked Fedor. Mark Hunt! Also, Arona did and Bigfoot DEFINITELY did. Not saying Chael,will, but it is possible, especially with Chael's Bellator drug testing.

Besides i dont know how this even got here, the post your responding was me claiming that Chael is a far better wrestler than Arona, and that Fedor's Arona fight(although that fight was close) doesnt mean Fedor wont struggle with Chael's wrestling.

You do realIze wrestling is a umbrella of many type of wrestling sports? What’s the difference between catch wrestling and submission wrestling? Pins and how you score the mstch, are catch wrestlers not wrestlers?
